The Federal Government has released a Lobbying Code of Conduct and established a Lobbyist register that comes into effect on 1 July 2008. Details of this measure can be found here.

Springboard Australia supports these reforms and has made submissions to the Government and Federal Parliament on how the Code and Register should, and can be, strengthend. Springboard Australia's submission can be found here.
